Payment
We accept major payment cards. All card payments are processed exclusively through the PayPal payment gateway.
This means that BeadsJar does not receive, store or have access to your card information at any stage.
You may complete payment using the secure PayPal window. A PayPal account is not required for card payments.
If you have a PayPal account, you may choose to use it according to PayPal’s own terms and conditions.
If a payment cannot be completed, please contact us so that we may assist you in resolving the issue.
BeadsJar stores only the information required to fulfil your order and maintain communication with you: your name, delivery address and email address.
Returns
We aim to supply products that meet the standard expected by our customers.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
A proof of purchase must accompany all returns.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer; BeadsJar does not reimburse return shipping costs.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs after dispatch, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to cover postage and packaging.
Once goods have been dispatched, the returns policy applies.
Please notify us within three days of receipt if the goods arrive damaged or if there are any discrepancies, so that we may take appropriate action.
Orders
There is no minimum order requirement.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your order is placed.
If any item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and refund the relevant portion of your order.
Standard UK delivery is charged at £1.99 per order.
Orders over £20 qualify for free UK delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Please allow 2–5 working days for UK delivery.
Royal Mail is our primary delivery provider.
If a parcel is delayed, please allow up to 10 working days in accordance with Royal Mail’s operational timeframe.
Losses
If any items are missing from your order, we will either resend the missing goods or refund the corresponding amount, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
BeadsJar is not liable for business-related losses, including delays in receiving goods, interruption of business operations, consequential losses or loss of profit.
If your order has not been delivered within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can investigate.
If 15 working days have passed since the expected delivery date, you may submit a claim for loss in line with Royal Mail’s procedures.
Quality
Many of our beads are handmade; therefore, variations in size or colour may occur between batches.
While we make every effort to ensure accurate product representation, colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to differences in monitor and device settings.
We cannot guarantee that all beads will remain colour-fast.
Where beads are described as gold, silver or copper, this refers to colour only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Sterling silver items are marked “STS” where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
BeadsJar is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any third-party carrier.
Once an order has been marked as “Shipped”, our responsibility for delivery times ends.
Events such as postal strikes, adverse weather, transport disruption, operational backlogs, or any other external circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery speed.
We cannot guarantee any stated delivery timeframe in such circumstances.
A tracking number can be provided upon request where available; however, our system does not automatically issue tracking information.
