We accept Paypal payments and all major credit cards through Sagepay. Please note e-cheques through Paypal cannot be accepted as we require payments to clear before dispatching your products.

All of the products sold at BeadsJar are made to a standard with which we feel our customers will be satisfied. However, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with a product, we will provide a full refund on receipt of the product.
Our no hassle returns policy means that you may return any unwanted goods within 14 days of delivery, together with the paper receipt for a full refund. To ensure our goods are kept to a high standard, please return the goods in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that we do not cover the cost of a return delivery, and the customer is responsible for the postage and packaging. If the order is cancelled before the goods have been dispatched there will be a full refund. If the order is cancelled after the goods have been dispatched there will be a standard delivery charge to cover the cost of postage and packaging. Dispatch is usually within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once goods have been posted the returns policy applies.
There is no minimum order.
An email will be sent to you upon placing an order with BeadsJar confirming that your order has been dispatched. If any products are unavailable when you place your order we will inform you and we will refund you the difference.
Postage is £1.99 per order Flat Rate UK. Orders over £25 qualify for free delivery within the UK.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.) Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
Special delivery is ONLY available Mon-Fri on orders placed before 2pm.
We currently use Royal Mail as our main delivery service. For any orders that become delayed. Please allow 10 working days for delivery in order to coincide with Royal Mail's terms and conditions and delivery time.
We will refund the difference or repost your order for missing items in reference to our terms and conditions. We cannot be held responsible for business loss in terms of delivery times of goods to your premises, delays in your order being received, consequential losses or loss of profits.
On rare occasions, you may experience a delay in your order being received. Please contact us in the first instance so that we can help you resolve any queries that you may have. Our dedicated customer services team are always on hand to assist you.
If 15 working days or more have passed since the goods were due to be delivered you have the right to claim for loss.
Many of the beads that we sell are hand made and, therefore, the size and colour may vary from batch to batch. We make every effort to reproduce the colour of the beads as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the beads will remain colour fast.
We endeavour to provide as true to life and accurate images of each of our products. Due consideration must be taken with regards to varying monitor contrasts and colour settings when viewing our products.
When metal beads are described as gold, silver or copper, this describes the colour of the bead and not the type of metal they are made from.
Sterling silver beads or findings are marked STS.
